MY BEAUTY ROUTINE

Its been a while since I last posted. What with buying a house, planning a wedding, my full time job and keeping my Instagram up to date with the latest fashion, beauty and lifestyle I have let my blog slip. Not that I'm complaining, I love what I do and I feel very lucky to be doing so many exciting things!

Below I have listed my daily makeup and skincare routine. I have SO many products which I have trialed and worn for periods of time. I am a makeup hoarder and I absolutely love trying out the latest products and technologies in beauty out there. My daily routine is so simple and easy and I can do it in 15 minutes flat!

If you want to know anything else just ask :)

First I cleanse my skin with Rodial Dragons Blood Cleansing water on a cotton pad followed by my Olay Regenerist SPF30 Flawless Skin Cream to moisturise.

Before applying my foundation I like to conceal under my eyes and my eyelids with my Nars radiant creamy concealer in 'Vanilla' to highlight underneath my eyes and the tops of my cheeks, I blend this into my cheeks with my Zoeva '110 face shape' brush.

Then apply my MAC pro longwear paint pot in soft 'ochre' to my eyelids using my finger. This holds my eyeshadow in place all day and is the perfect base. Then using my Urban Decay NAKED basics palette, I apply a light base to my lids with my Sigma E54 medium sweeper and increase the depth in my creases with a darker shade using my MAC 207 brush.

Then I wing it with some Rimmel 'Exaggerate' black eyeliner, I can't live without a eyeliner! After that I curl my lashes with my No7 'lift and curve' lash curler and apply a couple of coats of Clinique's 'High Impact' mascara which one of my friends recommended.

I don't do anything to my eyebrows since I had them tattooed on my Kelly at flawless aesthetics. (Such a time saver! See my previous post on Micropigmentation)

My current number 1 foundation which really lived up to my expectations is the 'Luminous Silk foundation by Georgia Armani'. It glides on like silk and gives a soft, luminous finish on my skin. It blends so easily!

In the summer I tend to skip blusher and use my NARs 'laguna' bronzer in a 3 shape down each side of my face followed by my 'Instaglam compact deluxe illuminating powder' from Rodial. This highlighter does come with a hefty price tag but it is so worth it! The highlight it gives looks so natural and not glittery at all.

I set my look with MACs 'Prep + Prime + Fix +' spray
