I've been very fortunate with my teeth.
I have my parents to thank for that. They provided me with excellent home cooked food, plenty of milk, very few sweets or sugary drinks and regular dental checks whilst I was growing up.
I've never worn braces (although I used to beg my dentist for them because everyone else had them) and at 27 I'm proud to say that I don't have any fillings and my teeth are thankfully in great condition.
As an adult I often get complimented on my teeth. I was in a shop last week and a girl complimented me on them!
As a coffee addict, I noticed my teeth were starting to stain in my 20s so I got my teeth whitened. I recently started using the 'Ice Whitening' pen (available here). It's only £9.99 and keeps my teeth topped up for white dazzling teeth without any hefty fee!
